Isuzu’s Priority Service Maintenance Program (PSMP) covers all of your maintenance needs in a single package and is available when you buy a new Isuzu gas or diesel truck.

- Locked-In Rates — When you purchase or lease your vehicle, the rate you lock in will be what you pay for the life of your purchase or lease.
- Priority Service — Book service in advance to meet your schedule for regular maintenance service appointments. Your truck will receive priority not only at Frank’s Isuzu, but at Isuzu dealership service centers nationwide.
- No risk! — Pay only for the services you use. Isuzu will refund your money for services you don’t use.
Fold Maintenance Costs Into Your Truck Purchase Contract
Adding PSMP to your truck purchase allows you to fold maintenance costs into your monthly payment and is an option when you finance or lease a new Isuzu truck through Isuzu Finance of America. Purchase contracts can be tailored to meet your specific needs, with terms ranging from 36 to 72 months. Our in-house Finance Department is pleased to help you put together a comprehensive purchase and maintenance contract that makes sense for your business.

Optional Services to Add to Your Program
- Brakes: Frank’s service technicians can evaluate your operation and recommend brake replacement to coincide with your PSMP term. This allows a certain number of services at today’s pricing over the term.
- Tires: By selecting the tire option you will have a guaranteed price for tire replacements. You choose the number and there is no restriction when these tires are replaced. You may need one for a damaged tire, or two or more for normal wear and tear.
- Substitute Vehicles: This option provides you a yearly or total set number of substitute vehicles. However, you are not limited to using these for a replacement of your current vehicle, you can also use the units at your discretion for peak periods or just as an extra vehicle.
